Please take the time to read over the below agreement (TOS - terms of service)
as it is a BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT between you, the purchaser/advertiser, and us, The Raybourn Effect.
As an advertiser/purchaser with the The Raybourn Effect and by placing an order from our website, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms set forth below.
Advertiser/Purchaser's Agreement:
In no way can you hold The Raybourn Effect liable for the success or failure of your advertising campaigns.
You are required to provide a valid contact email address when purchasing advertising campaigns from The Raybourn Effect. You will also be required to provide a backup email address in case your primary becomes undeliverable. This is to ensure we have open communication and that you receive copies of your advertising campaign upon delivery. Without communication with you, The Raybourn Effect cannot serve you.
The Raybourn Effect will not provide any form of refund (in full or partial) due to you having bouncing, false, or autoresponder addresses. You are giving your money to another, it's important you know The Raybourn Effect needs to be able to communicate with you to serve you effectively.
All advertising campaigns purchased from the Raybourn Effect will be NON REFUNDABLE. However, The Raybourn Effect will re-publish your ads if for any reason you are not satisfied with the result. Again, The Raybourn Effect will not be held liable for the outcome of any of your advertising campaigns.
You acknowledge that your ad will be published in The Raybourn Effect Archives online. The Raybourn Effect will not make changes to these published campaigns in the archives. Once the campaign is published it becomes "as is" within the archives.
At the time of your purchase from the time your campaign is submitted to our Archives, in no event shall The Raybourn Effect be liable to you for damages of any kind - including but not limited to: compensatory damages, lost profits, lost data or any form of special, incidental punitive damages of any kind. This holds true if any of the above results from breach of your contract with The Raybourn Effect.
Any violatoins of this agreement will result in an advertising campaign immediate deletion and no considering of re-publication.
You agree that this is a legally binding agreement between yourself and The Raybourn Effect.
